Foothill Ranch
is a master-planned community located in South
Orange County. The 2,743-acre community features a unique
balance of business, residential and open space. Strategically
located near the Santa Ana and
San Diego Freeways and the Foothill
Corridor, the community offers tranquility and scenic wilderness
within minutes of Orange County's premier entertainment, education,
and retail centers. The community is home to a 1,500-acre Wilderness
Park with its biking, hiking, and equestrian trails. Education
is provided by the Saddleback Valley Unified School District,
a highly respected district that consistently posts test scores
well above the state average. Higher education is provided through
a number of local colleges and university including Saddleback
