Tustin Ranch is a community in Tustin, California which is part of Orange County. It was annexed to the city of Tustin in the 1980’s. It’s smaller and newer then the actual City of Tustin. Most of the homes range from the late 80’s to the early 2000’s. Tustin Ranch is a very well kept up city and located very close to the 5 freeway and 241 toll road. The zip code is 92782.

The Tustin Ranch plan called for the creation of 7,000 residential units, from large Homes to apartments to accommodate the great variety of residents living in Orange County. The community is included under the Tustin Unified School District.

Nearly all the communities within Tustin Ranch surround the Tustin Ranch Golf Course, an 18 hole championship level course that was named Orange Counties Finest Golf Course. The 165 acre property winds through the foothills of the communities, and is dotted with several man made lakes.

The Tustin Market Place is on Jamboree Road and El Camino Real. The shopping complex is home to shops, stores, and restaurants, and is the major regional shopping district for Tustin Ranch. The Tustin Market Place is close to walk to and adds great value to the area.
